Initial information about Anchoretta Freeman was based on the PRO land dispute document. William married his second wife Caroline Baldwin in September 1845, and the last child of the previous marriage was Gordon Finch Fishbourne b. 1843. I have an unsourced note that an Ann (Anchoretta?)aged 33 died in 1844, which may be correct. Need to check the Memorials of the Dead for this and a number of others of a similar kind. Later information from the Marriage Articles of Anchoretta and William Fishbourne of November 1832 confirms that the marriage took place in 1832, and gives details of Anchoretta's family.
